i whant to submit my website www.topfashionlinks.com 's sitemap to google , but there is two way
1- creating textfile to submit as a sitemap
2 - using google site map generator

what is the diffrence? which better? which is easier ? why ?

It's all very confusing but trust me this is the easiest way.
Use this free service:
http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/
You just type in your URL and it will produce all the different format sitemaps for you.
It will also check your website for any broken links. The instructions are quite clear.
Google prefers XML format for their sitemap, so just copy the xml code and paste it into your website's 'public_html' folder at your webhost.
You will need FTP or Control Panel to do that.
You can also paste in all the other formats (ROR and plain text) if you want to to cover all bases with other search engines.
Then go into your Google webmaster tools and notify them that you have added an XML sitemap.
