just a thought that we have NO good choices for MOST elections. if there is a way to halt elections until GOOD/DESIRED politicians run, its a well kept secret. I think everyone WOULD vote if there was a good choice and not one between 2 evils. (brewsters millions)

If you don't like the main two candidates, you can vote for a third party candidate. If they aren't on the ballot, then you can write in their name. You can vote for yourself, if you want.

Those who say we should "vote them out of office" are only saying "vote for the opponent". The closest we currently can come to a no-confidence or none of the above is to do a write-in vote for Mickey Mouse. Our (US) elections would be much better if we could rank-order the candidates on a ballot, instead of just voting for one. For example, if there are 10 candidates, the voter would indicate which candidate s/he prefers the most (and that candidate gets 10 points from that voter's ballot) second most preferred (9 points) all the way down to least preferred (Supreme Court selected).

Nope, if everyone voted "none of the above" except one person, whoever received that one vote would be the winner.
