I am 24 my brother is 21, what is the worse that can happen.

I'm not sure who you have to speak to - I reckon it's the Immigration Agency. Blow the whistle in confidence and they will do the rest.

I'm not tarring all Jamaicans with the same brush but if her plans were legitimate and her intentions honourable, she wouldn't need to pay your brother any money at all.

This is wrong. Take action now and prevent it. Your brother will be implicated in a conspiracy if he agrees to go ahead with this.

Hi
this is common when a non uk citizen falls in love with UK and wants to apply for citizenship thru marriage.
However may I advise you something, if your brother has any savings, assets, property those will be divided upon when she is hopefully going to divorce your brother.
Also for benefit of doubt they cannot divorce for two years as she is still an NON UK resident and still be need to go back!
the jamacian lady will benefit out of this tremendously!
I mean WHAT IF she has sexual intercourse with your brother and makes babies in order to stay into this country and make your brother stop her being divorced then what?
she is very clever and useing you, you are in a rite position to worry about all this!
however if your brother is thinking maybe 15k but not 1500 .
and in the 2 years she will earn the 1500 hundered by cliaming benefits which could be £2366 plus topp it up for the 'bonus' payments from your brother at the divorce maybe 50/50 for what he's got!
and more if she woos him someone how to have sex and make a baby(s)then its child benefit, child tax credit and if divorced child maintenance payments.... plus the heartache.

however do not say anything have a lifestyle report carried out and at the time of the wedding when they are about to get married then when they say does anyone think this is an inlawful marriage state it out then they cannot get married, and you will be doing this for your brother come on he's 21 and still a young adult!

I married an African lady for totally genuine reasons but we were extensively questioned by the registrar, and for a year after the wedding we received visits from immigration officers checking that we were really living together. Personally I love Jamaican women; but is your brother prepared to keep his "marriage" genuine for an entire year to the point of sharing accommodation together. If he is alone when immigrationm officers come calling, and he tells them his wife is 'at work', they will come back - sometimes late at night. In addition, the vast majority of Jamaican girls are living in considerable poverty and if she doesn't already have young children, that would be rather unusual. There are not many ordinary Jamaicans who could raise £1,500.

I think that you should try to persuade him not to. Money is not going to make up for a possible life of misery! If you cannot persuade him, there really is nothing I can think of that is going to change his mind on the matter. I do wish I could give you some solid advice, but in the end, it is his decision to make. At this point it doesn't seem as if possible prosecution is enough of a deterrent to him. All you can do if he decides to go through with it, is to tell him how you feel, and to try and support him in any way you can.

It replaced into especially superb protection and that i replaced into an American ! right here in united statesa. anybody can get authorized for marriage on the courthouse - they do no longer ask you something! i replaced into merely there various weeks in the past on the brink of be married returned and my gf is from the middle east! personally i think your brother is wrong for starters.
But where will the false info come from. Surely this will all be done with the proper names atc.
I thought you could marry who you like but im sure immigration will take a dim view on that.
If everyone stays shut then nothing will happen. It will just look like 2 people in love.
I dont think its worth doing it for so little

I am not having a go at anyone in particular here you understand, but i'm with ALFONZE H on this--Jamaicans are NOT to be trusted...if they can stitch you up, they will do so and sod the consequences--they are used to the consequences, but hey...there ya go. He WILL get into trouble with the Home office/immigration about this if they smell something the slightest bit fishy going on.
