I would honstly have to say Tupac Shakur.
He impacted alot of people.
He wasnt just a gangster from the hood.
He actully went to college!
He amounted to more than anyone in his family!
I respect Tupac alot and I think he was the greatest rapper/singer in the world ever!

It's all a matter of perspective. No one can say who is the best singer, only give their opinion. In my opinion it's Chester Bennington.

For me it's Serj Tankian from System of a Down. In concert, he hits high notes where there originally weren't any, and the way he rolls his R's is very sexy :P
I also like Liv Kristine Espenaes Krull from Leaves' Eyes. She is a very talented singer (Gwen Stefani, eat your heart out!).

That is a tough question. I guess it depends on your style.
I think Josh Groban has one of the most pure voices around right now. I wish I had his range. Awesome.
