If so, what frequency...or where can I find the frequency?

I do have a ham radio technician's license, but I don't own a radio. I just wanted to see if I could listen to take-offs and landings and anything else in between.

Hi. Answer1 is correct. 145.800 is within the amateur radio 2 meter band, so you can actually talk to the ISS with a small radio if you have at least a Tech license. The shuttle is more rare to hear because the crew are always busy.
