Well I was for the income tax cuts that were early in his first term. Also estate tax cuts are great as anyone who inherits a family business such as for intance a ranch or farm had to sell the business quite often to be able to afford the taxes on it when they inhereted it.
No Child Left Behind is a good program also, its not a complete answer for education but its a start.
He tried to get a national school voucher program going but that one died.
The Partial Birth Abortion efforts I think were an accomplishment I agree with also. I am not against all abortion but partial birth abortion I defintely did not agree with.

Now if only Bush had a clue at all on the Immigration issue. Sadly he doesnt it appears.

Significant tax cuts have maintained a thriving economy, increased the federal budget, and decreased the national dept. (annually).

While it will long be debated, as someone who has been in Iraq both before and after the war.... There is no doubt the lives of most Iraqi citizens have improved.

While I can't agree with the means, there hasn't been another major terrorist attack on U.S. soil since 911, a fact few western countries can boast.

to the person that said the national debt has decreased (annually)...

Actually - NO - The national debt has increased, severely.
Deficit reduction means nothing when the national debt continues to soar. Its political smoke and mirrors. They want to discuss the deficits and their so called reductions but they never want to address the total debt...
