your uncle is being a jerk to you....the squirrels will not attack you...starting your period is a normal thing that EVERY girl gets/has. Believe me sweetie if the truth was that squirrels will attack you if your on your period..you wouldn't see too many girls outside. You are fine though...just make sure you are wearing a tampon/pad and change it regularly. Nothing is going to attack you i promise. And tell you uncle...to get a life...and stop picking on you just because your becoming a woman. Goodluck and have fun! :)

Dear dear, first and foremost, do pay more attention to your personal hygiene. Talk to your mother/sisters about your concerned. Your uncle is tricking you and besides squirrels are more afraid of us and no way they gonna come close to anyone. If the squirrels do that then anyone who had any injury that bleeds can't leave the house to go seek help!

Come down no body's going to attack you!! Your uncle is just not the right person to tell you started your period . He is just trying to scare you. You can do whatever you want . You can even swim in the ocean without the need of wearing a tampon because sharks don't come to seashores they are way deeper than you think they are. BE HAPPY YOU'RE GROWÄ°NG UP!!

Never heard of this or experienced anything like it...
You might avoid swimming in the ocean as sharks are attracted to blood, but I think that is the only animal to worry about... certainly not squirrels. Dogs might sniff you a bit more but thats it!

First of all why does your Uncle know about your menstrual cycle??
A bit odd.
The amount of blood you lose during your cycle is actually much to small to attract any wild animals. Squirrels don't like people anyway.
