Well, to be honest, I only watched The View because of the heated arguement of Rosie and the other girl. Well, I guess, entertainment.

I once felt that way. I was wrong. Rosie is good for talking about things that most are afraid to say. Rosie opens topics for debate on issues of concern we Americans share. You do not have to agree with her,and it would be silly to be upset with her. This country was built on freedom of speech. You have the power to tune her out or give your opinion. The bottom line is , Bush ran this country in an arrogant selfish manner. His arrogance has gotten over thousands killed. His greed has hit the pocket books of many. If it did not effect you, I am happy for you, and please consider you and your family lucky.

o.k. here's something for you rosie lovers: you all come up with the same old hackneyed tripe "i like her cause she speaks her mind" Hitler spoke his mind. does that mean you like him too?
and for the one that thinks she is a superb talk show host, your definition of excellent is distorted. rosie is rude, obnoxions, and overbearing. a good talk show host would be one that is welcoming and warm, doesn't roll the eyes, accuse, or cuts you off the nanosecond you disagree with her. my guess is you are a product of the red square where facism is the norm

I don't like Rosie, but to be fair, and In spite of being overbearing, opinionated, out-spoken, politically incorrect, she's a human being and I'd guess I'd have to say she's good for promoting Broadway shows. That's about it. She spoils her kids, does not discipline them, ruins most good things she had in her life/ her show, her magazine, the View, etc.

Rosie O'Donnell is if nothing else a superb talk show host in that she is passionate in what she believes in and because of that she gets her guests to "debate" her or if they agree with her have a lively discussion. You don't have to agree with her but it makes for interesting television. I never watched "The View" regularly until she was the host. The "Hot Topics" was television at its best in my opinion.

Her name is Rosie (one 's'). Rosie is a human being. She contributes her unique perspective of the world. She has given millions to charity. She has given humor to many. She is, by all accounts, a terrific mom. She helped to resurrect interest in Broadway. Whether or not you agree with her point of view, she has given all of you pause to think about and question your own beliefs. ...and that's just a starter.
After reading some of the responses to YAHOO answers/Rosie questions, it becomes apparent that there are quite a few bullies out there, who enjoy the opportunity to make themseleves feel better by anonymously bashing another. May such nastiness never come your way.
*This question was amazingly posed by "Final Frontier". I believe that Mr. Rodenberry would have been horrified by your wording of this question. Shame on you :(
