Good on him...When a sporting star rises above ego and gives back to the broader community then they deserve such accolades.
Cheers!

He's raised allot of money for good causes, so i guess he deserved it, however knighthoods are unfairly given.
A woman who has spent her entire working life looking after disabled kids get bugger all but a $hity pension.
Knighthoods should be awarded to more within the caring sector than the sports.

It's about time he was recognised for all he has done. Certainly a lot more deserved than some of the honours that are given out.

this physique of strategies is likewise with trolls. The very purpose of 'Yahoo solutions' sharing awareness is defeated with the aid of allowing the purchasers to maintain their question and solutions as inner maximum. whether a individual blockading yet another person, purely answering to his questions are to be disabled with the aid of Yahoo, yet questions and solutions ought to be obtainable for analyzing. If Yahoo is making all questions and solutions of all purchasers is public to view, ninety% of trolls will disappear immediately.

Absolutely, you'd think they'd put the King of Cricket before the likes of David 'moneybags' Beckham.

i totally agree. He raised £10m for Leukaemia research, and his walks from Land's End to john O'Groats were legendary.
But it wouldn't have been possible without his fantastic wife Kath. Well done Kath.
