I just wanted to know if anyone knew what Websites will allow me to use google adsense on a blog or website that I create. I know that blogger.com will allow you to do that but what other sites let that. Preferably websites that let me create a blog or website for free.

Do you mean Webhosts not Websites?
Any paid webhosting service will let you do what you like however the free one all have their individual terms and conditions, you need to check them.

What you might want to try is an AdSense revenue sharing site. These sites let you put content on them (blog posts, videos, etc) and then split the ad revenue with you. They already get decent traffic, so the revenue split is worth it. In most cases, they split 50/50. Also, they're completely free to join.

Those websites who allow you to create a blog for free will not allow your Ads. as they will have their own Ads. With Blogger it is another story as it and Adsense both have same owner.
