We had some friends over and this is what I served
Cheddar Garlic biscuits...Like at Red Lobster
Calamari in a Lemon Beurre Blanc with fresh Roma tomatoes and capers
Salmon poached in white wine and herbs
Penne pasta with sauteed garlic, olive oil and fresh tomatoes
Carrots in a brown sugar butter sauce
Cheesecake..I made myself..with fresh strawberries and strawberry glaze!

I was definitely thanked. My meal wqas compared to those at an upscale restaurant! I worked so hard on all of it. The calamari came out like nothing I've ever had...so tender! I hate to brag but can I?
