This afternoon, both breasts started tingling and well my nipples felt like they were really hard to the point of being in pain but they were not hard..and the tingling keeps going on...both breasts seem slightly warmer then normal as well..any ideas?

Well it could be a number of things. Are you breastfeeding? If so make sure you don't have a breast infection. They will get a lot more tender, warm and swollen if so.
Could you possibly be pregnany? Have you missed a period.
Otherwise, it could be hormones.
If this feeling doesn't go away in 3 days or if it gets worse, make a DR appointment.

This could be related to the nerves in that area. I would recommend getting in touch with your dr to have them evaluate this situation further to see what they think is going on.
I had something similar happen to me and it turned out that my problem was twofold: 1. I had a condition called costochondritis (an inflammation of the cartilage around the ribcage) and 2. the kind of birth control pill I was on had too low of an amount of estrogen in it for me.
