My all-time favorite is Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels, Texas. I have not been to the newer Schlitterbahn parks, including South Padre Island and Galveston Island, but hope to go sometime.
Best family water park I know, and great place to cool off.
I've also been to water parks at a couple of theme parks, and they are wonderful, but Schlitterbahn (picked best in U.S.A.) tops them all.

I'm with you on Schlitterbahn....its the original, the biggest and the greatest! What other water park do you have to take a tram to get to the other parts of the park??? Plus I love the fresh, river-fed water instead of the chlorinated chemical h2o they have at other parks. My favorite ride is the Dragon Blaster uphill water coaster. How do they do that??
Trivia: "Schlitterbahn" means "slippery road" in German!

I've never been to Schlitterbahn, though I'd love to go. One of my favorites, though, is Water Country USA, in Williamsburg VA. It's well kept, and pretty fun. Plus it's owned by Anheuser-Busch (just as the Busch Gardens parks are) so you know the quality will be good ;)

I agree with u...........my favorite water park is Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels, Texas...........it just better than the rest.

My favorite water park is Dorney Park in PA, and after you are done with the water park go to the theme park it two parks for one park price how great is that.

Well the only water parks that I know of are Wet n Wild and Typhoon Lagoon. (I live in Florida) Out of the two, I would say that Wet n Wild is my favorite.

There's this one righ toutside of Sac, it's great. Wet and Wild in Vegas is a tough competitor as well

Shchlitterbahn in Texas!!! it particularly is heated and in part indoors, although the fees for each little thing are ******* insane! yet nevertheless its a exciting holiday! i like it reason the rides are exciting particularly the grasp blaster; it is an uphill water holiday!
