Only if it is at home, if it is in public, I never wash my hands.
When you wash your hands in public you wash then at the basin and after that you touch the taps again which is full of other people's bacteria and when you exit the door you touch the handle which is also full of other people's bacteria!
I enter the restroom by pushing the door open with my shoulder or grab the handle with my sleeve or a tissue if I have a clean one available.
When I get to the loo I first grab a piece of paper and touch the handle only with the paper, then exit the restroom by touching the handle with another piece of paper and throw the paper in the bin outside.

yes i wash my hands after .... & i use soap!!
its sooo gross to see how many women just rinse for a second or 2 with water & use no soap! .... yuckkkkkkk

meticulously, or if its real gross in there, i have hand sanitizer in my purse. I make my kids sing the A-B-C song while washing so they are sure they washed long enuff.
