When the upper half of the LEM (Lunar Excursion Module) takes off, it's rocket exhaust is blasted against the descent stage of the LEM. Doesn't touch the Lunar surface. Since there is no atmosphere on the moon, no shock waves, no exhaust plume either.
Do a little homework.
Any other problems you want solved?

well for one, i think that you mean the dust the buzz aldrin stepped in and took that famous photo of his foot print. secondly a question could be why it didn't blow away when the lem landed on the moon, since no one took any pics of footprints after they left the moon., other than that everyone else is right. there is no air on the moon and so the exhaust did toss some dust around but it came right back down. keep in mind that it doesn't take much power to launch yourself from the moon.
back in the 60's nasa had enough funding to do almost anything. nowadays they don't have that kind of funding anymore. just look at the spacecraft, the voyagers the pioneers, the vikings, galileo, cassini, all were huge projects with billion dollar price tags. newer missions cost in the millions only and people still complain about them even.
(cassini was designed and made when nasa still had big funding but it was only launched a few years back)
you probably don't use caps and questions marks because you are somewhat lazy.. like me, lol.

1) Because NASA doesn't have the money to go back sooner.
2) NASA never said they would 'prove' we went to the moon - we went. We have plenty of proof. The only people who deny it are conspiracy nuts who wouldn't accept any proof no matter what - and NASA isn't going to waste their time catering to them.
3) Because there wasn't any air for it to blow in. There's not atmosphere on the moon.
4) He's sick of having to constantly defend himself. So is Aldrin. That's why he punched Bart Sobrel. Really can't blame him.

To answer your rambling rant, America stopped funding their space program as much as they should have.
