they'd better be! i often train new help in lawn work, and if they can't follow specifics, they're of no use to me. 3 people i've trained over the years have gone on to form their own lawn care businesses, and we're all friends.

(Actually, I am a teacher by profession :)
Life teachings? "We are all learners, doers and teachers". I love my job (and my life most days) so... yes. I feel appreciated.
