Left wing refers to someone who is a liberal
Right wing means a conservative.
Liberals want the government to solve problems, using tax dollars. They do not trust the people to take responsibility for themselves.
Conservatives believe that the government that governs best is the one that governs least. They believe in low taxes, personal responsibility, and little government regulation!

The left-winger is the one complaining that his welfare check is not enough, while the right-winger is the one who's being pushed deeper and deeper into a hole to support Mr. Left.

It's a person who believes the people know what is best for themselves,where as the right wing believe only a select few know enough to make the necessary decisions for all!
