Such a little thing know as nettiquette.
I never resend or forward without removing other peoples addresses. Nor do I send to a lot of people without hiding their addresses.
Also I do write for "real" and remind myself when Im sitting with something and really feel like talking with the "big letters" that it may be electronically, but it could be sent onto other people, shared or otherwise become public. Causing damage to the company's or my own reputation.

I always...always edit out the other addresses, and the garbage that's always on the bottom of every email. I also send it BCC so the receiver can't see who else got the same email. It's really annoying to get an email, and have to find what you're supposed to read among a million different addresses and other stuff that ends up zig zagged all over the page after forwards

I agree, but if you leave the addresses on then maybe the person receiving it will not re-forward to those people on the address list that have already had it, preventing you getting the same email a dozen times over.. just a thought.

If I forward an email, i remove the previous email address. An email addres is private, and not for public distribution. The only email address needed is the one being sent to

Oh! Lt Dan! A man after my own heart! I always delete the email addresses. I get so sick of pressing the page down button 15 times to get to the actual email or link. Thank you for making others aware of this 21st century annoyance. Do something about it people!

good idea ... (sometimes I do, but I rarely "forward" email
also when it's a really nice once, sorta "worth" forwarding, I'll modify "send to 10 people inthe next hour or you will be attacked by rabid muskrats"
"send this to 2 or three people in the next week or two if you feel like it ... nothing will happen if you don't "
and maybe even change it from a BLOOOAAATED sort of power-point slide show .. to a text-only osrt of msg .. some people have dial-up modems and it screws with their time to send HUGE files which are mostly "glitter and unneeded bells and whistles"

Yes. And others emails..I keep private..and delete they are for only my eyes. And you are so right..people must realize they are sending others info out there..and they may not want everyone to have their email address...but I agree with others I wish there was a better way to do it.
Ciao!
