Actually, it did not matter to Prescott Bush which side won the war because he was directing banking operations for both sides. That way, he was certain to come out ahead regardless of how the war turned out.
As Managing Director of the investment bank Brown Brothers, Prescott Bush funneled money through Union Bank (where he also served as a Director) to assist Hitler’s rise to power. Union Bank continued doing business with Nazi Germany even after the US entered the war. That ended in 1942 when the US government seized control of Union under the ‘Trading with the Enemy Act’. Prescott Bush went on to become a Republican Senator.

The only 'holdings' that the govt. seized from the Bush Dynasty were only the ones directly tied to the Nazi's.
Old Grand-daddy Bush was a shrewd investor ! He had stocks and bonds of all sorts and secret Swiss bank accounts.
I think Old Grand-Daddy Bush is looking up from HeII with pride at what his son,and grandson have accomplished !
As for the kid that thought the Kennedy's were involved with the Nazi's...nope..Old Man Kennedy was a rum smuggler from Nantucket.

I thought much of his assetts were frozen as he continued with financial arrengements even after we got into the war. He had to be told by the government to stop dealing with Hitler!
Prescott Walker had his nazi money siezed, but was later reimbursed the $1,500,000 his company made. "These assets were later used to launch Bush family investments in the Texas energy industry."
Theres a lot of information around about other early prototype MIC (military industrial complex) companies such as IBM and others floating around the net, and there are without a doubt better articles that the fox news article submitted....
such as this one:

Prescott Bush, the president's grandfather. According to classified documents from Dutch intelligence and US government archives, President George W. Bush's grandfather, Prescott Bush made considerable profits off Auschwitz slave labor. In fact, President Bush himself is an heir to these profits from the holocaust which were placed in a blind trust in 1980 by his father, former president George Herbert Walker Bush. (2) On the 20th of October, the government commenced action against the company under the trading with the enemy act. (3) After the seizures in late 1942 of five U.S. enterprises he managed on behalf of Nazi industrialist Fritz Thyssen failed to divest himself of more than a dozen "enemy national" relationships that continued until as late as 1951, newly-discovered U.S. government documents reveal. (4) In 1952, Prescott Bush was elected to the U.S. Senate, with no press accounts about his well-concealed Nazi past

for the duration of '30s while Hitler replaced into transforming into continuously interior the German Political shape and then interior the minds of the human beings, he wanted to (and did) develop the rustic industrially and militarily, He of course fore-observed what replaced into back while he might declare back the previous-German territories of Weimar Republic. First he aggressively hunted for areas which belonged to Germany (atleast in accordance to him). Then warmed with the aid of the silence of alternative powers, he went nuts and started doing loopy stuffs which we right this moment call as worldwide conflict 2

Nasty affair that.
Roosevelt basically halted all investigations unless they posed a direct threat to national security.
Otherwise Prescott and his biz partners would have gone to jail.

there is much you should review or research before making such blatantly false accusations against successful businessmen. Prescot's father was a wealthy steel man. Prescot was a successful banker and a patriot who at the time it became illegal to deal with Germany owned one share of one German company! An overly zealous US attny tried to bankrupt him for that!

Why did Harry Truman almost join the KKK and why did he sign the 1947 National Security Act and create the CIA?
Why did he bomb Japan twice? Liberal tolerance perhaps?
Boy I guess he really did give us Hell.
Maybe he was part stupid chimp.
And who could forget FDR rounding up the Japanese and putting them in camps.Such touchy feely liberalism.Doesn't it just make your balls tingle.
Or how 'bout Woodrow Wilson and the KKK?

Better start looking up everyones ancesteral pasts and start throwing people in jail and fining people based on what their grandparents did. Isnt that what you are advocating????? Judging people based on what their ancestors did???? I hope your family tree is spotless otherwise we better seize all your assets and throw you in jail for something your 2nd cousin once removed did.

He made money off the slave camps, like Auscwitz, and it was only by the efforts of FDR and Congress that he was forced to stop.
