Yes,sometimes stress keeps me up all night. But it helps if you put on some nice music(soundtrack of a sad movie is good)and then try.It will help relax you.Or at least it helps me!

UMmm yes,
This is the main reason you would have trouble sleeping. Try doing some relaxation Yoga before or taking a hot bath. There are over the counter supplements you can take like Valerian Root and Melatonin. Also try reading a book when you go to bed even if you don't want to. Don't have a tv on, not a radio. Just quiet and reading. Take the valerian root or melatonin, you can also take Tylenol Pm, and other over the counter sleep aids until you get on a better sleep pattern.

YES!!! Stress and worrying is one of the main reasons for not sleeping. I am never asleep before 4 or 5 am, or sometimes I don't even go to sleep at all. I can not shut of my mind.
Every problem or bill, you name it runs thru my mind. Try listening to some nature music or water rippling etc. Some say that helps. Take a warm bath before bed, drink a glass of warm milk. I have tried these but no help for me. I had to resort to sleep aids and sometime even they do not work. Good luck and try to get some zzzzzzzzz's!

yes, stress will mess up your sleep patterns. I try to tell myself a story to fall asleep, if that doesn't work I watch TV, if I still can't sleep, I get up and do things in my house., or read or drink some warm milk.

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress,
dietary and medical problems. By making
small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly,
insomnia can be cured. I found the information
at http://www.nosleep.in/insomniacause.html

Stare into a candle flame and just try to unwind. Try music, turned down way low. A super good band for sleeping is 'Armor for Sleep'.

Never watch t.v. if you're trying to sleep. It just wakes you up. Try reading a book.
