First of all, you should complete two years of undergraduate study at a college. The first two years should give you time to see what is out there and which direction you'd like to go. If you want to make it in "any" field, start with the basics, like the English language. Employers like to know that their employees can form complete sentences that are composed of fully spelled words and not IM/text message shorthand. They also like concise speech that does not include the word "like" unless it refers to likeness as in "he hits like a boxer". Once you're past that, web design is not too difficult and it pays fairly well. If you are reasonably computer literate you should be able to master most web design programs in a matter of days, certainly not more than weeks. You can then expand into specialties from there. Meanwhile, if you haven't completed those two years of college, do so and look around, there are literally hundreds of fields you can go into.

Since you appear to enjoy "everyday computing including troubleshooting and fixing problems," then you may want to consider majoring in computer science with a concentration area in web design, which would afford you an opportunity to be creative as well as exercise your knowledge of computers while enhancing that knowledge to the next level. Don't worry about a job when you graduate b/c there is such a huge demand for computer science and/or web designers that you will have no problem securing an excellent job with advancement opportunities, good pay, terrific hours, and great benefits. There are truly many businesses and industries who will hire you before you graduate and may even offer to pay some of your college tuition. Be sure to apply for scholarships to help defray some of your college expenses. By majoring in computer science, you will have flexibility with your concentration area(s) and you will have opportunities to work in almost any field (i.e. education, banking, retail, etc.). Are you in college now? If so, check out your college career center where there are a number of catalogs with career information that will assist you in your choices. If you're in high school, ask your guidance counselor for help and advice in choosing a major, if neither of the choices listed above interest you. You could also research computer science or careers on the Internet. Good luck and have fun choosing a major!
