Yes. Which is why i don't understand how mankind has mutated itself into this giant disease killing everything in its path. Society and economy, especially, have completely ran ramped to the point we are killing ourselves off along with everything else including the planet. That is if we don't nuke ourselves first.

Your observations, although not to be taken too lightly, are somewhat overstated. I agree that lately we humans appear to be using and abusing this planet without too much concern for ecology, and conservation, etc., but there is no need to go all morbid and forecast complete annihilation though. I do have faith in the resiliency of the human spirit. I do have faith in the fact that god has given us a brain to think. Even though it may appear at times that we don't use the brain but when it comes to survival, man is a very quick learner. It's never too late. I believe that man's survival instincts will see us through these so called Global warmings, and the would-be annihilation's. Its not all that bad. Certainly no where near the scenario which you have chosen to accept anyway. I am sure that somewhere along our near future, we will find new solutions to what may seem like our doom. We always have done this in the past, and I am sure we will continue to do so in the future. You just have to believe in yourself and other fellow humans around you, to do the right thing eventually.
Keep the faith, my friend.

Interesting.
We have not exceed optimum human population, if we had we would be running out of food and water and places to build more housing.
I don't believe in global warming, but I won't argue the point either.
The true question lies in the Armageddon part.
Are we headed here? absolutely
Can we do anything to change that? maybe
We all can live the best lives we can, treat each other with honor and respect and believe in your God to improve things.
Will the world ever truly get along? no
The end of this world is fore told and I believe things will be getting a whole lot worst then they are now before it is over.
Have faith your God will protect you and your family

The earth is warming because that's what the temperature of the earth does on it's own - it changes.
Do you think we had an ice age because of mankind? The earth was warmer than it is now 200 years ago; do you think that was because of mankind too?
You're panicking over scaremongering from the media. Go and have a lie down.
