I always need more sleep, have sore breast, cramps, and headache. I bleed alot, to the point where i get scared, and all my mom says to me is that its normal for me to have it that way. Ive been to the doctor and he tested me, and it is becoming to the point where i am terrified that i might have my period when not prepared. I have even felt so scared that when i get up i get my friends to check if ive leaked. I used to get it every two weeks, but then i didnt get it for two months, and i just got it today, and its really heavy. I dont know if i should be as worried as i am about this.

i am sorry that i cant tell you wat to do about your disconfurt, but i knwo what you can do about your unprepared. I the doctor doesn't tell you what to do about your unprepared pierod. Just wear a panty liner. Its not as thick as pads be it holds up for a while

Depends. Every woman is different. Being sore, cramps and the headache part are normal. I know I always start heavy and go light. The not getting for two months could be caused by birth control if you are taking any. The amount of bleeding could also be caused by birth control.

You're still young, so your period will take a while to get stable. In the meantime, I find that exercise helps. I tracked all my exercise and how it affected me, and I found that if I get about 2-3 sessions of 30 minutes in each week, and especially for some reason on Day 10 of my cycle, then I have fewer problems with my period. Start keeping a journal and see what works for you. It may also help to cut salt out of your diet completely: give that a try.

It does sound such as you need to have ovulated a 2d time, yet EWCM isn't a beneficial sign which you're ovulating, neither is a favorable ovulation try (you've a LH surge which means your ovary is attempting to drop an egg, no longer that it surely will. this takes place much extra with fertility drugs, as they develop your hormones, in turn boosting your LH), yet specific that is definitely attainable to ovulate two times in one cycle. there replaced right into a woman on the information those days who have been given pregnant two times in one cycle, and is carrying the two fetuses, who have been conceived approximately 2-3 weeks aside. you could incredibly get EWCM as a being pregnant symptom. many females get extra suitable CM in early being pregnant, because it fairly is once you type the mucus plug. wish this helps! good success!
