What do you mean "find this in the internet"? You have one poem to write, and you want other people to write it for you? This is not very satisfactory. Anyway, poetry is not simply about themes, it is about words. You have to start by doing a research on words. I am sure there are a lot of interesting words and names on the subject "Networks and the Internet" (not the most exciting subject, I have to admit). Do this, have a list (a long list of words) and select the ones you want to use, and write a poem like a game.
Another suggestion: you could take a very-well known poem, and replace the nouns and verbs by nouns and verbs that have to do with "Networks and the Internet". It could be a humorous way of treating the subject.

Ode to networks and the internet

My thanks to you, oh great bill gates
Because of you, now I can get dates,
Eternally grateful for the worldwideweb,
Now, I've hooked up with a girl named Deb.

Anytime I want, I can watch porn,
i thank the Gods, Internet was born,
wierdos around the world are now my friends
Because of my network,.I am famous till the end!

as for poems, seems not for you,
you might want to think this thru,

When you write you must truly set time aside to dig deep and get inspired by things I love. I get inspired by...family, friends, love, death anything.
