You can try with a loop script that reads in the URL (if all different), but you will probably run out of system resources and bring the system to a crawl/crash, also it would not be instantaneous due to bandwidth if the pages have a lot of information to be downloaded/displayed.

put up a bunch of shortcuts (rite click and click add shrotcut tio desktop) then hightlight or draw a box around it and hit enter
