It is too easy for people to take healthy to unhealthy levels. I myself used to be a compulsive over-exerciser. There's always a thing as too much. Everything in moderation.

My doc told me to cut caffeine out because of some problems I was having. I compromised and cut back to 1 & 1/2 cups of coffee a day. I still think I may fall asleep at the wheel & run my car off a freeway overpass, so yea, sometimes taking care of your health can be over-rated.

I am on the opposite side of your question. I do eat healthy but never, might I say it again, never over do the good thing. Maybe I should. No I guess that is the wrong attitude.

People say I do, but I like to know that what I am putting in my body is going to have a good effect on me in the long run.
