Fraud, fraud, fraud. Dump it. You might note that these things come with different stolen e-mail return addresses so if you just reply your mail ends up on a computer of some innocent's box.

I work at a bank and have heard of this SCAM alot lately.
If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is!!!!
