Can tag water damage car paint?
I usually spray tag water to my car w/o drying it (cuz I afraid to scratch my car by wiping it w/o soap bubble), I wonder if this is bad for car paint if I spray water to clean dust on car and let it dry itself ?

No water will not harm paint, just make sure you wax it every 3 months and your car will shine for as long as you own it.

If the water beads on the paint, then it's not actually touching the paint.
