finding cursor position??

can someone tell me how to find the cursor coordinates that my mouse is pointing at?? is there a program i can use that will tell me?

The only way this would be useful would be in a programming language and any language that can manage a GUI interface will have functions to return the location of and position the cursor both on the screen and within windows.
