so i've tried bleach, pril (liquid used to wash vessels), zoom (some cleaning product from amway) and also tried rubbing a lemon... :-( i'm helpless...these are my new sneakers which cost me a huge sum....i wore them on the beach and now i've got wet sand marks all over them.

3 ideas for you:
1) You can buy 'sneaker cleaner' from most supermarkets/shoe stores
2) Make a paste using a little water and bicarbonate of soda. Or,
3) You can try a supermarket paste called "Gumption" .

You might also want to check if the sneakers are machine washable - if so, you could pop them in the machine and soak overnight in a soapy solution.

No need to get hassled!
Just take an old tooth brush and take some ordinary soap on it and brush the dirty areas. You'll just need to brush them once or twice and they'll be clean as ever

first leave them in water for few hours and then do the brushing as mentioned above

Put ur sneakers to wash......Rub them nicely and throughly......it will look better than before.....
