If he does go there Chicago is my favorite team. Because hes my favorite player. But why are Chicago fans upset? Im sure they are faking it because every team in the NBA wants Kobe. Look Kobe isnt a ballhog. Remember back in the day with Shaq? He wasnt a ballhog then. You are just sayin that now but you will be happy of the results. Ben Gordon, Kirk Hinrich and Kobe? The big 3.

if the trade happens with Chicago then the ppl that are saying that its going to be Gordon, Hirich, & Kobe (THE BIG THREE) are dreaming bcuz if he is traded to the bulls the Lakers are going to either get Gordon,Hinrich, & a Draft pick or Gordon, Deng, & a draft pick either way Chicago Fans if the trade happens u guys gain a great shooting guard that needs a GOOD supporting cast to win but u guys are going to loose two players that practically are that supporting cast. I mean whos going to help Kobe score Ben Wallace i dont think so, sounds to me like its going to be the same story just a different team & what i mean about being the same story is that the Bulls are going to have Kobe with no one to help him same problem that Kobe had with the Lakers so Bull fans should be upset.

Chicago needs a bigtime player to help them get over the hump, but I'm not sure about Kobe. I can understand Chicago fans. If Kobe was given to San Antonio for nothing in exchange I would be against it and be upset. The baby bulls are growing up and the last thing they need is for someone to come in and maybe mess up their great strides. Over the last 3 years they have really become a good team. If they can get one more star like Garnett or some strong scorer they are going to be in good shape. Kobe might fit but I really doubt they could pull it off. They would lose too much to get him and that wouldn't be worth it.

chicago fans are upset, cuz the entire core of chicago has to go in order for the bulls to land kobe. frankly, it is just impossible to receive fair trade value for kobe. also, chicagos players arent paid a lot, other than ben wallace. a lot are still on rookie contracts and havent received an extension. for the bulls to land kobe, they'll have to give up 2 of their big 3 in hinrich, gordon, deng, prolly ben wallace because of the collective bargaining agreement, and maybe nocioni and their 1st round pick this draft. also future draft considerations arent out of the question. because it's impossible to match kobes worth, the bulls will pretty much have to throw away everything they've put together the last few years and that doesnt look good, even if they are getting the best player on the planet.

i am a major laker fan and i'd hate to see kobe go. as much as i love the lakers, its been excruciating to watch and kobe has been the main reason for my watching their games. if he goes, i'd definitely still be a laker fan, but i'd also tune in to chicago games also. i wont be mad at kobe for wanting out. he has a right and the way the laker front office has treated him, no one can fault him for wanting out. but i'm praying that the lakers will bring in someone like jermaine o'neal and a good 1st round pick to appease kobe.

No. Kobe will make Ben Gordon look like Jamaal Tinsley (he will never be able to shoot, and when he does, he will be out of sync.) Kobe would bring complete and utter ruin on the franchise, by not making them a stronger team, and lessening the trade value of all of their players (he makes everyone who plays around him look worse than they are)...If he goes to Chicago, all the promise that franchise has will die. He will have destroyed another franchise, and not just any, two of the best franchises in NBA history. Only Bryant could pull that off.

Granted, Kobe may not be a ball hog.

But he is definitely a credit hog, which damages the team dynamics and morale at least as much as hogging the ball. Even Phil Jackson could only keep Kobe and Shaq's egos in check for a couple of seasons.

Kobe could stand to learn a thing or two about maturity and class from LeBron James.

Gordon is like Kobe, and they play the same position. Though Gordon can come off the bench again. BUT it will never happen anyway. They already paid tons of money to Ben Wallace.

I would be very happy to see Kobe wearing a Bulls uniform. Chicago fans will let him know immediately when he is out of line. Unlike LA fans who don't care what he does as long as he's good on the court.
