it's freshwater i was wondering if it chould be a kind of lobster it's about 5in now long blue teticles smaller pinchers

It's probably not a lobster but one of the types of crayfish for use in an aquarium. I've kept a few wild crayfish, and depending on the water chemistry, they can change color a little. Mine were bluer whenever the water was a higher pH. Do you know what the pH of your water is, or do you have coral or seashells in the tank (they need to have a calcium source for developing the exoskeleton, and this will raise the pH as well.)?

if it's got "teticles" then it could be a human man. how's that for dinner? however, if you mean TENTACLES then i don't think you're dealing with a lobster or a crab. you may have an octopus or squid. ever heard of calamari?

U don't say that its shed its skin,u say that it has moulded its shell.Don't worry,in a few weeks ,it will be in its original color.

When crabs shed their shells they need to regrow... basically. Your crab will be fine
