Thats a link to the music video, (Billy Joel's Piano Man, the part when he talks about his friend the bartender who gives him his drinks for free) the bartender looks very familiar, can't figure out if he is famous or was just an extra for the music video.

It does look like a younger Pat Corley (most notably known as "Phil" the bar owner from Murphy Brown). Couldn't find any info to support this but that would be my best guess. He was just getting out of theatre & doing small tv cameos around the time this video was made so it could very well be.

I checked out the video on Youtube but the bartender does not look familiar.
