I know a lot of songs, but 90% of them are sad songs and I've been wanting to learn a happy one. Ya know, most guitar songs are sad sounding and I want to learn one that sounds happy, something you can play for someone who is sad and it can cheer them up!! Just a song that can cheer someone up.??

Sunshine of Your Love by Cream. BQ: 911tabs. Links to other tab sites, haha. BQ2: Both at the same time (my brother gave me an old electric, and I got an acoustic as a present at about the same time), but I found acoustic a little easier cause the strings weren't all steel. :/

you've got a friend

"you just call out my name, and you know, where ever I am, I'll come running to see you again. Winter, spring summer or fall, all you have to do is call, and I'll be there. You've got a friend"

This song has been sung by a few people, so I'm not sure of the original artist. But the version I know is by James Taylor.
