Do you know for sure it has keyless entry.Just because it has power door locks does not mean it has keyless entry.They are a bunch of impalas that do not have keyless entry.If it has keyless entry the key fobs are programed thru the rds radio.You can stop by your local chevy service dept and they will program your key fobs for you.It takes about two minites to do and should be no charge.Hope this helps.

you have to hold the "lock" and "unlock" buttons down at the same time for ten seconds, while pointing the remote at the car
