We're hoping to get the GIANTS. they must get awfully tired of all the media attention in NEW YORK.

If cities like Pittsburgh had to get the state of Pennsylvania involved in getting the new arena for the Penguins, I would doubt that Nolanville could get the financing package needed to get an NFL quality stadium AND a team. And a hockey arena is only about 1/5 the size of an NFL stadium.

i live in Houston and I've been to Nolanville and i'm sorry to tell you but Nolanville will never get a football team, not even if the streets were made of John Madden. The city is just too small, if the Giants do move they'll move to a city that has a much higher "income per household" average because they'll need a lot of city funding.

A village of 5000 wouldn't have enough equity or assets to float a bond big enough to build a 500 million dollar dome. That's probably a conservative number. How much do you think your village is worth? A municipal bond is a mortgage against the real assets of the municipality. The people that holds those bonds own the assets of your village until the date of maturity.
