if you can be humble enough to ask, i'll be generous enough to give you a hug. sure.
if you're as depressed as i sometimes get, a hug may not even penetrate the emotional wall you have around yourself. but i'm proud of you for reaching out. that's hard. one thing that helps me is writing a gratitude list. also, talking with a friend i trust and respect. and pray.

Sure hopefully that makes you feel better you know you shouldn't let things get you down look around things could be worse just listen to some good music no sad music or anything just something hot and current...Smile giggle giggle do that and seriously you will feel so much better
