All of the Democrat candidates support a national "health care" system which really is only a national insurance system with no guarantee of health care. It would be a disaster in every way.

I'm not sure where all the Republican candidates stand. I believe most are for keeping the government out of health care as much as possible and letting individuals & businesses deal with it. A much better system.
