I think you should try the canned air as well. Most Targets, etc also carry it--in the electronics section. It comes out very forcefully, though so test it out on something else first. Spray the dolls from at least 12 inches to start with. The air in these comes out very cold so you won't have to worry about the heat aspect at all. I'm not sure, but I believe I've seen water vapor coming from them, but usually only the first spray. They are made for electronics so should only have about as much moisture as regular air. Good luck.

Under no circumstance should you blast a kachina doll with compressed air or air from a hair dryer. Doing so may well blow away the delicate feathers and hair of the dolls. Instead, take an artist's brush and carefully remove the dust from the torso, arms, etc. You can remove dust, from the feathers and hair by gently blowing on them with your breath. Clean the kachina indoors, not outside where a wind gust could damage the feathers.

I'm not sure about the hair dryer, but I know you can buy cans of air at computer supply stores that are used for cleaning the dust out of computer keyboards, and circuit boards. There is no moisture in them because that could ruin a computer. You could try looking into them as a last resort

i think every hair dryer besides the crappy 5 dollar ones have a cool setting where ya just hold the button in and all you get is cool air
but..if the dolls are made of cloth and fur you might want to try using a low power vacuum..because of dust mites and other things that can hide in fur and cloth

My gosh, most all hair dryer have a "cool" setting. Check them out at the drugstore. I use a lawn leaf blower for my dust. Just get one that has low power

you comprehend, i'm not sure if there is a thank you to do away with and re-connect the keys on your specific pc, yet i will share with you a potential I purely used to scrub my pc. make certain that's grew to become off and unplugged, for protection's sake. Take an previous toothbrush (the fancier, the greater advantageous) and dip it in a SMALL volume of glass purifier, or (greater advantageous yet) mouthwash. Mouthwash is a disinfectant, that's decrease priced, and it smells good. thoroughly brush the keys. Wipe extra moisure off with a clean, dry, lint-unfastened fabric. make certain the pc is carefully dry until now turning on. i'm hoping this enables!
