Was disbarment enough for his role in the Duke LAX case, or does he deserve more? If so, what does he deserve? What about the accuser?

Nay, I say. He tried to take those young men's freedom away, he should lose his. Doesn't it make you sick to see all these officials behaving as if they're above the law? I also want to see the stripper brought up on charges too.

Not a very good time to wish being Mike Nifong. He got stripped of his cushy DA job, he got disbarred, stripped of his law practice....and he's about to get civilly sued and stripped of virtually every red cent he owns.

Eventually, this will put Mike Nifong directly to square one: where he was when he graduated from high school.....with NOTHING.

Nifong is NOT the first ruthlessly ambitious DA to bend rules in a high media profile criminal case; he's currently the first---I hope others like him will be sought out, exposed to justice...and brought to justice deservedly so

I was angry at Nifong when his true self was exposed. Now that he's pretty much lost everything....I say give it a rest, let Nifong disappear into anonymity and let's move on. At least, if I were one of the exonerated guys in this case, that would be my approach.
