-x/4 < -5
....... multply both sides by " -4 " .... multiplication by a negative reverses the inequality [standard stuff]

x > 20

to graph this, draw a number-line ...
draw an "small open-circle" at "20" and "darken the line" to the right of "20"

"open-circle" means "not contained in the solution"

looks kinda like:

-----|-----|-----o===|===|=====
....18...19...20....21....22..........

I hope the "graphics" come thru in computer-screeen

good luck

-x/4 < -5
add x/4 to each side
- x/4 + x/4 < - 5 + x/4
0 < - 5 + x/4
add 5 to both sides
0 + 5 < - 5 + 5 + x/4
5 < x/4
Multiply both sides by 4
4*5 < 4x/4
20 < x
Flip 4end-for end to get x on the left
x > 20
Set up a number line with the values around 20. Draw a vertical dashed line down through 20 and shade on the left to indicate the inequality.
