i did 100 leg lifts 2 days ago and now it is really painful to walk any suggestions on how to make them feel better?

Sometimes it helps to sit in a hot tub of water and just let your legs soak. It may also help if you put some Icy Hot on them. That will usually help sore muscles. Also you will want to wait a few days before doing any more leg lifts. I am no professional or anything but it sounds like you may have strained your muscles. But try these tips mentioned above and see if one or the other helps.

Epsom salt bath and gentle massages with a heating muscle relief cream help. Next time have a protein shake or eat protein within 20 minutes after your exercising. This along with gentle stretching afterwords will prevent the buildup of lactic acid in your legs which cause the legs to ache.

Gentle stretches, warm bath and drink tonic water with lime (the quinine is a real help). good Luck!

no pain no gain! take a warm bath with Epsom salt.
