Ugh, just threw up in my mouth a little...hmmm thats a hard one but by cafeteria arms would edge out the Muffin top, because you see the muffin a lot more. And with cafeteria there is a possibility of pit hair and reminds you of cottage cheese you might also get other unexpectancies so yea the cafeteria arms....LOL
