Sounds like hemorrhoids. I had them really bad when I was pregnant with my first child. I'd not make an emergency situation out of it, but call the obgyn Monday morning and explain to the nurse what's wrong. She'll probably call you out some medication to put on them.
Hope ya feel better soon

I recently just experienced this and could not leave the toilet for an hour because everything was so swollen, followed by light bleeding in that area.
What I did to help the situation is I took a sitz bath (san salt) in warm water and elevated my legs so that just my bottom was submerged in the water and this stopped the swelling and eased the bleeding.
Also I find that if I strain too much when going to the bathroom that wiping with baby wipes is effective as they are cold and help keep the swelling down.

It's called hemorrhoids. It's gonna be there until you have the baby.
You can use hemorrhoid cream or plain vaseline to ease itch and irritation.
Increase your fluid intake, and veggie intake, and whole grains. [ ALL fiber ]
Try not to sit or stand for long periods of time. Lie down on your side after lunch, and dinner.[ will relieve some of the pressure on the rectum ]

oh guess what along with children there come some aggrevating problems. these sound like hemorrhoids. get some tucks pads. and try to stay off your back while sleeping at night, that can cause hemorrhoids while pregnant. ask your dr just to make sure, i had them too ,they should go away. GOOD LUCK!

It sounds like it might be a hemorroid. The best thing I can say to do would be to get some hemorroid cream and see if that helps relieve some of the pressure. If not, obviously, seek a doctor.

It's best to ask your OBGYN, but it may be a few things. It could be yeast from improper wipping (can be really itchy) or hemmoroids which can start this way. Get it looked at before it becomes a big problem. (There is no dignity in pregnancy at the OBGYN :) Good luck!

probably hemmorroids. they're common during pregnancy because of the increased blood flow. try not to sit down for too long and dont sleep on your back! it will put more pressure on your anus. and try to avoid constipation. it should go away later but you might want to get medication for it.
