So the best thing to do is look how some other countries are and start to appreciate that you live here. Just observe how so many want to come here, because their country is the pits .
Be involved with your government also, otherwise don't complain how much you hate the country .

Well they're are laws for this country. We may be a free country meaning we don't have to be controlled by other countries but we do have to respect authority. America is way better than China. Think about it. We have a democracy and they are communist. We can reproduce all we want and they're limited to 1 child due to population size. So many men have shed blood for this country, especially during Vietnam when young men, as young as 17 or 18 had to get drafted. Some of them died. Nobody should hate this country. Maybe you don't like some of the people that live here, but hey! -Kaylin

This is no longer considered a free country. People doing some of everything these days and I could see why they hate their country because people the ones made it a mess. I rather be living in the virgin islands somewhere around the waters where it would be peaceful.

I do hate it when people play the "It's a free country" card when they something stupid. Just because you are allowed to say racist and insensitive things, doesnt mean you should. As for people who say they hate this country, well why are you still here then. I dont go to restaraunts I hate. Generally if you hate something, then you want to stay far away from it.

I like the "free country" thing but not the "I hate this country statement. People that "hate" this country have either never been outside the country or are have gone to places in Europe that tells them that they have it better. (They forget to tell them about their sky-high taxes and certain lack of freedoms).
If you hate America, go live in a dangerous 3rd world country and let one of the millions of foreigners that risk their lives every day to be here take your place.

Sorry bud, I do hate this country. I have reason to as do you as well!! It isn't as free as everyone makes it out to be either. Take a look around, last I knew the only way to survive was if you had $20 in your pocket. NO not 20 cents Everything is outrageously priced and we all work our butts off till there isn't anything left of us. If you ask me I would rather live in Australia than the United States. SORRY all you US lovers but that is one opinion to another. I am just voicing mine.

I dislike those who live here and bash it without voting, equally as much as those who get elected to posts and steal like it's only theirs for a short while to abuse.
Don't get OUT of our country. Get INTO it.
