Dyed dark brown hair but bored with it, green eyes obviously...What hair color and make up would look good on a very tan skin and green eyes. I love my eyes one of the few things I do so I want to make them stand out.

A color that is opposite to your eye color will make then stand out more. You should probably try a chocolate or honey color if you want to stay in the brown family. Also a plumb or a dark auburn would really work too. If you wanted to be bold a strawberrry blonde could go as well. i think these would work becuase of your skin tone.

Try some highlights in a caramel color to contrast with the dark hair. That will accent your tan and your green eyes. You can either match your eye shadow to your eye color or contrast with a plum or violet shadow. Add a little blush and a lipstick in coppery tones.

I've heard that brown eyeshadows make green eyes pop, especially those with red or orange undertones. Be careful not to make your self look sick with too much orange underneath. For hair color... I'm not sure, but not dark brown. A medium brown with red-ish undertones would look very rich and emphasize your eye color.

i have blonde hair and green eyes, and they really really stand out, i get a lot of compliments for my eyes, i can email a pic of my haircolor if u want lol, not saying it would fit u for sure, but lots of ppl can pull off blonde, and it looks good with green eyes

Use purple and grey eyeshadows. Do the "smokey" eye look and use the purple eyeshadow on the outer and inner edges of the eye for highlighting your eye color.

umm.. there's eyeshadow, mascara, and eye liner you can get to match your eye color. it's called almay intense i-color i think
