Since you asked this question in Basketball, I'm not too sure what you mean. Are you looking for a place to play ball or are you just bored now that it's summer and there's no school?

Decorate a bike for the 4th of July Parade in your town
Start a dog walking service for people in your neighborhood
Build something really cool with legos
Make a list of 100 things you want to do before you die ~
then in 50 years see how many of them you actually did
Join BAA (boys athletic assoc) and play bb or soccer or ?
Go to the community pool
~if this isn't enough to get you started ~ good grief get a life

Dude go outside, get off the computor, and use your imagination. If you are 13 and inside all day then you need to change. good luck.
