1)Where do i get Team Rockets second Password so that i can enter the warehouse
2)Where is the sapphire

You get this once you get the sapphire (second code). The sapphire can be found on island six in the cave, drop down the holes in the appropiate order (once in each hole). At the bottom you will be greeted by a scientist who will steal the sapphire and give you the second password. Return to island five and defeat the rockets in their hideouts and after beating the boss, head up and face the rocket. After you beat him he'll give you the sapphire.
