My left headlight cover on my 2001 Lincoln keeps getting fogged up, I checked the seal and it doesnt appear broken. Its on the inside from what I can tell.
What is causing it and how can I fix it?

Sounds like some moisture is getting into the cover somehow. I would suggest going to a mechanic to get it replaced or repaired. If you can do the work yourself, I would replace the cover.

Someone changed the bulb while the car was wet and got water in the housing. You need to get the water out of it somehow.

If it were mine, I'd drill a realy small hole at the lowest point of the headlight lens.
But that's just me.
