Not sure. Dusty Rhodes would be a good choice. Donald Trump don't care too much about wrestling to be a general manager. Shane probably cause that would keepo a McMahon in charge. Not Stephanie, cause that could start The McMahon-Helmsley Era again. Which is one reason Triple H never went to Smackdown!.
